History & Impact

The Fresno County Economic Development Corporation is a public-private nonprofit organization that markets Fresno Conty as a premier location for business prosperity. To facilitate the growth of new business, we offer a comprehensive suite of complimentary services including site selection and permitting assistance, local industry and workforce connections, tailored data analyses, and specialized incentives.

Major railways and highways in our region offer direct links to the ports of Stockton, Oakland and Long Beach, strengthening our connections to international markets. Fresno County exports are valued at $3 billion and our international trade program is bolstered by the presence of a Foreign Trade Zone to mitigate tariff impacts. For 45 years we have built relationships throughout the Central Valley, the nation, and the world. With knowledgeable staff, an influential board, and over 100 committed investors, we have attracted, expanded and retained business in Fresno County – growing the California dream.
