New Employment Opportunities (NEO) Program

“This program has proved to be instrumental during the early stages of my business. Without the support of the Fresno County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) and the NEO program, I genuinely believe that my enterprise would have struggled to survive. Numerous employees have remained employed with me for several years, including two exceptional individuals who have become invaluable assets to my team. I firmly believe that the NEO program has the potential to benefit any business.”

- David Bertao, owner of Papa Murphy’s Take N Bank Pizza at Blackstone and Shaw
