The Economic Development Corporation has designed several tools in an effort to respond to the demands of clients in an in-depth, timely, customized and competitive manner. Each tool layers into the next, working together to provide a very complete and accurate picture of Fresno County.
Site Location Services (GIS)
If you would like to search on your own, the EDC provides an online Site Search database of available industrial zoned land and buildings within Fresno County. The EDC provides the latest demographics, where you'll find information on major employers, population, distance to major markets, airport services, taxes, cost of living, labor force, wage rates and quality of life. Metro Comparison Reports
The EDC researched data on 13 major competitors to Fresno County through third-party sources. This information was then compiled into a software program that allows the EDC to customize demographic and business climate information to your specifications. The data ranges from demographics and labor availability, to wages and tax comparisons. A customized operating cost analysis can be prepared utilizing the data from the Metro Comparisons database.
