Bobby Fena joined Colliers Tingey International in 1976 as a sales associate specializing in office properties. His broad sales experience includes transactions involving corporate tenants, institutional landlords, and investors. Bobby has represented many prominent corporations, financial institutions, and government entities in the acquisition, leasing and sale of office properties. To date, Bobby has leased or sold in excess of 9,322,492 square feet of office/commercial space and 3,513 acres of land to many corporations in California's Central Valley. Bobby has earned a reputation throughout the industry as a consistent performer working diligently on behalf of his clients.

Phil Souza

Senior Vice President

Mr. Souza is a 28-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He began his real estate career with CB Richard Ellis in 1983. During his tenure, he achieved the status of Fresno Top 5 every year from 1991 to 2005, and he was the top producer in eight of those years. Mr. Souza has completed more than 1,200 transactions with over $300 million in volume. He has developed long-standing relationships with several local and national developers, and various real estate organizations performing such tasks as leasing, consultation, disposition of REO property, and testimony as an expert witness. Mr. Souza has been quoted in several publications and has authored articles for periodicals such as Western Real Estate News and conducted presentations for local real estate groups.

Nick Audino

Nick Audino, SIOR is a Vice President with the CBRE, Inc. Fresno office. Mr. Audino specializes in the sales, leasing, acquisition, disposition and ground up development of industrial real estate throughout the central San Joaquin Valley. Nick has been among the top producers at CBRE, Inc. Fresno since 2003 and earned the honor of Top Broker for the years 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Mr. Audino’s real estate career began at CBRE in 1997 after graduating from California State University Fresno with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics. A Valley native, born and raised in Visalia, Nick is a committed citizen of the area, a husband and father of two sons.

Scott Buchanan

Colliers International - Office Properties Group 

Scott is the Vice President of the Central California Office Properties Group of Colliers International and has leased/sold in excess of 975,000 square feet of office space and commercial land. His areas of expertise are office properties – sales and leasing, tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment properties. As a Fresno native, Scott has extensive knowledge of the Central Valley, which has helped significantly strengthen his knowledge of the Central California office market. Scott received his Bachelor of Science Business Administration, Marketing and Real Estate Degree from University of San Diego, in 2002. Some of Scott’s professional and community service affiliations include Saint Agnes Hospital Men’s Club and the University of San Diego Real Estate Institute. Scott has been a consistent producer on one of the most successful office property teams in Central California since mid-year 2003 and has been named “Colliers International Top Performer 2011.”

Dan Doyle

Central Valley Community Bank

Over the past fourteen years under Dan's leadership, Central Valley Community Bank has experienced great financial success as one of the safest and fastest growing community banks in California’s Central Valley region. With 41 years of banking experience and a variety of educational degrees, Doyle’s previous banking experience and business values contributed greatly to Central Valley Community Bank’s current success. Previously, Doyle served as Regional President for US Bank in Washington State. In 1990, he served as the first President and CEO of US Bank of California, where he built a strong foundation and expanded the bank to reach a total of 71 offices and $2 Billion in assets over a five-year period. In 2009, Doyle served as Chairman for the California Bankers Association, Board of Directors, and in 2011, he was appointed to a 3-year term on the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco's Twelfth District Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council where he shares his expertise on a variety of economic and banking conditions, regulatory policies and payment issues. In addition to his financial experience, Doyle holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Washington, he graduated with honors from Pacific Coast Banking School, attended Willamette Law School and holds Advanced Certificates from the American Institute of Banking.

Joan Eaton, CRB

Guarantee Real Estate

Joan Eaton has been Owner/Broker of the Guarantee Real Estate and Home Loans since January 1991. A native of Fresno, Eaton earned a BA from Stanford University, and an MA and MBA from UCLA before returning to her hometown. Guarantee was originally founded in 1919 by a group of investors that included Eaton’s grandfather, Edwin Eaton. For over 90 years the companies have helped residents of the greater Fresno area realize the dream of home ownership. Eaton holds the Certified Residential Broker, plus a lifetime Pupil Personnel Services Credential for School Counselors. Eaton serves on the boards of the Fresno Regional Foundation, and the Central Valley Foundation in Sacramento. She is a past member of the St. Agnes Medical Center Board of Trustees, the Boards of the Economic Development Corporation serving Fresno County and the Greater Fresno Area Chamber of Commerce, plus the Fresno Area Stanford Alumni Board.

Andrew Hansz, Ph.D, CFA

Professor and Gazarian Real Estate Center Director
Craig School of Business, California State University, Fresno

J. Andrew Hansz, Ph.D., CFA, is a Director of the Gazarian Real Estate Center and a Professor within the Department of Finance and Business Law at the California State University, Fresno. Prior to joining Fresno State in August 2009, Dr. Hansz was an associate professor within the Department of Finance and Real Estate and the Graduate Advisor for the real estate programs (undergraduate, MSRE, Certificate in Real Estate Development, and Doctoral Minor in Real Estate) at the University of Texas, Arlington. He publishes original research regularly, and his articles have appeared in the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Journal of Property Investment and Finance, Real Estate Economics, and Journal of Real Estate Research. With co-author Julian Diaz III, he completed the textbook Real Estate Analysis: Environments and Activities which is being adopted in academic real estate programs on a national scale. Professor Hansz is an associate editor of the Journal of Real Estate Literature, the North American editor of the International Journal of Strategic Property Management, and a frequent blind referee for several professional and academic outlets. In the classroom, he has taught over 15 different courses in finance and real estate at the university level and numerous classes and seminars for the Appraisal Institute and other professional organizations. Dr. Hansz is active professionally with industry affiliations in the American Real Estate Society, Appraisal Institute, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Institute, Financial Management Association, and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Robin Kane

Robin C. Kane is the founding partner of RCK Organization, a company specializing in the sale of multifamily investment properties. Founded nearly 30 years ago, the current market cycle represents the third major foreclosure cycle experienced by RCK Organization. In response, the company has shifted the focus of their efforts to REO representation and is currently working with many major banks and lending institutions, with current offerings stretching from Tulare to Stockton. For many years, Robin conducted real estate market research in the areas of for‐sale and for‐rent housing. Widely regarded as possessing expert knowledge of the Central Valley housing market, he has been quoted in such notable publications as the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times and San Francisco Chronicle, as well as several trade publications.

Stanley Kjar

Stanley has been a member of the Pearson Realty Farm Department since November 2010. Prior to Pearson he served as Vice President and Operations Manager for Kings Equipment Company, Inc., his family owned farm equipment business. Stanley helped grow the business during his 13 year career from a single store operation to three locations in Hanford, Selma, and Madera. Kings Equipment Company was consistently in the top 25 dealers for Massey Ferguson in North America for over 37 years, and awarded top volume dealer for 6 of their last 10 years in operation. Stanley served on the Dealer Board of Directors for the Massey Ferguson division of AGCO Corporation, based in Duluth, GA. He graduated from CSU Fresno in 1999 with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Business, and also holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker’s license. In addition to his extensive Agricultural Business knowledge, Stanley has also directly farmed grapes, almonds and row crops in Kings and Fresno Counties. He specializes in the representation of clients selling and acquisitioning farm properties in the greater Fresno, Madera, Kings and Tulare county area.

Peter Orlando

Retail California 

Peter Orlando is a commercial real estate veteran with over 25 years of retail leasing, tenant representation, and investment opportunity experience.Peter’s career started in 1985 with Grubb & Ellis Company. Peter later founded Commercial Retail Associates (a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail properties) in 1990 and was a shareholder for 10 years. Currently, Peter is a partner of Retail California, which recently merged with Pearson Realty/Grubb & Ellis to form the largest independent commercial real estate company in Central California. Peter lists over 2 million square feet of retail space consisting of ground up neighborhood and power-promotional centers in the seven Central Valley counties. Peter represents such name retailers as JP Morgan Chase Bank, Ralphs Grocery Company, Ross Stores, CVS Pharmacy, Wahoo’s Fish Tacos and Cold Stone Creamery. Peter is an active participant with International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served as past Program Chair of the Monterey, CA convention. Peter is a lifetime resident of Fresno, CA and graduated from California State University at Fresno with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing in 1985.
